Your Story Starts With a Conversation
At Blue Lotus, care begins with presence. Khun Sa, our Head of Guest Relations, has spent more than 17 years helping guests feel truly seen and heard.
One daughter told us, “My mum always felt rushed back home. Here, it’s like people actually stop and listen.” That difference is intentional. As Khun Sa puts it, “I’m not part of the gotta-go generation. I have plenty of time for you.”
It’s a small shift, but a powerful one. For older adults who may struggle to express themselves clearly or simply need a little more time to respond, feeling unhurried can restore dignity and confidence. It turns a care interaction into a moment of connection and those moments are what guests often remember most.

While we do not publish formal testimonials online, families and professionals often tell us what a difference this environment makes. Guest Testimonial
Les and Jan first discovered the Blue Lotus Resort in Pranburi nearly twenty years ago, but their last visit was during 2008 when they had retired. Prior to 2008, they had visited the Resort for many years, including an extra visit for Christmas and New Year too. Les and Jan were drawn to Blue Lotus by the location and the classy, informal and relaxed ambience, as well as the Resort’s ability to deliver a totally relaxing and spiritually regenerative experience.
Jan commented “We were given the same room for our stay as we been booked into on our previous visits which made us feel at home. Jan added that the staff at Blue Lotus “are simply wonderful. They are so warm and friendly and will do anything for you to ensure that you are entirely comfortable”.
Les added “the breakfast buffet is super, with a wide array of choices and the Pavilion Restaurant has an extensive menu for lunch and dinner options. The grounds and landscaping are also gorgeous and so well maintained. We are looking forward to our next visit, hopefully for an extended stay later this year”.

“I had recently had shoulder surgery and needed to find a place where I could relax and recuperate,” said Barbara.
“During our stay, the staff were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond anything we could have expected, to make our stay so memorable.”
Bob added that he and Barbara were also celebrating their twelfth wedding anniversary, and they were both delighted to find that their room had been decorated with freshly picked flowers laid out on their bed to mark the occasion.
Barabar added “the staff installed a microwave in our room so that I could warm up the heat pads needed for my shoulder, as well as the Tai Chi instructor providing me with additional exercises to help the recovery from my recent surgery.”
Bob and Barbara both commented on the location saying, “it is wonderfully peaceful, and it is so nice to be greeted by name by the staff here who are just super.”
Barbara and Bob Graham from Melbourne, Victoria were guests at Blue Lotus Wellbeing in Pranburi in July 2025, and this is what they had to say:
“We live in Cambridge in the UK and have been regular visitors to the Blue Lotus Resort since about 2002. You might ask what keeps bringing us back?”
Stewart felt that it is the place itself, overlooking the sea front, with its wonderful landscaped tropical gardens, its climate and warm weather, the amazing food on offer, as well as the variety of activities and experiences available both onsite and nearby.
Rosalind said” For me, its the people here. First and foremost, all the staff are so incredibly friendly; they know you by name, they take an interest in you and are so caring and always treat us like we are celebrities! “
Stewart summed it up very simply when adding ” We just wouldn’t dream about, or consider, going on holiday anywhere else!”
